FY 2023 Annual Operating Budget Timeline
- Friday, May 6, 12:00 p.m. – President Gabel’s recommended FY 2023 operating budget available in the May Finance & Operations Committee docket on Board’s website. Budget comment period opens.
- Thursday, May 12, 1:45 p.m. – Board of Regents reviews the FY 2023 operating budget during a meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee. The meeting is public, live streamed, and video recorded.
- Friday, May 13, 8:00 a.m. – Board of Regents holds public forum on President Gabel’s recommended FY 2022 annual operating budget. The forum is public, live streamed, and video recorded. Those who wish to participate may sign up beginning at 7:30 a.m., 6th floor McNamara Alumni Center.
- Tuesday, May 31, 12:00 p.m. – Budget comment period closes.
- Friday, June 3, 12:00 p.m. – President Gabel’s recommended FY 2023 operating budget and public comments on the budget available in the June docket on the Board’s website.
- Thursday, June 9 – Board of Regents meets to act on the FY 2023 operating budget during meeting of the Finance & Operations Committee. This meeting is public, live streamed, and video recorded.
- Friday, June 10 – Board of Regents acts on recommendation of the Finance & Operations Committee related to the FY 2023 operating budget during the full Board meeting. This meeting is public, live streamed, and video recorded.
Feedback Submission Guidelines
- Submissions received between 12:00 p.m. on May 6 and 11:59 p.m. on May 31 will be included in the docket for the Board’s June meeting and become part of the official record.
- Comments will be published along with the name and affiliation of the person commenting.
- The Board may refuse publication of comments that contain private data or profanity, focus on matters beyond the FY 2023 operating budget, or that raise a specific personnel matter.
- No attachments can be uploaded to the form and submissions cannot be edited once submitted.
