FY 2018 Annual Operating Budget Timeline

    • Friday, June 2, 12:00 p.m. - President Kaler’s recommended FY 2018 Annual Operating Budget available in June docket on Board’s website. Budget comment period opens.
    • Thursday, June 8, 8:45 a.m., 600 McNamara Alumni Center - Board of Regents meets to review the FY 2018 operating budget. This meeting is public, live streamed, and video recorded.
    • Tuesday, June 13, 12:00 p.m. - Budget comment period closes.
    • Friday, June 16, 12:00 p.m. - June 20 meeting docket, including public comments on the budget, available on Board’s website.
    • Tuesday, June 20, 12:30 p.m., 600 McNamara Alumni Center - Board of Regents meets to take action on the FY 2018 operating budget. This meeting is public, live streamed, and video recorded.

                                   

Feedback Submission Guidelines

    • Submissions received between 12:00 p.m. on June 2 and 12:00 p.m. on June 13, 2017 will be included in the Board’s public docket for the June 20 special meeting, where the Board will take action on the budget. That docket will be available online at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16.
    • Comments will be published along with the name and affiliation of the person commenting.
    • The Board may refuse publication of comments that contain private data or profanity, focus on matters beyond the FY 2018 operating budget, or that raise a specific personnel matter.
    • No attachments can be uploaded to the form and submissions cannot be edited once submitted.
